Paperchasers Recycle At Work 2010 Offer : Terms & Conditions
1. The 'Offer' is available to the first 150 'Eligible Workplaces' responding to the Offer by sending us a completed Joiner Form.
2. An Eligible Workplace is any office in any of the following ‘B’ postcode areas : B1; B2; B3; B4; B5; B6; B7; B8; B9; B10; B11, B12, B13, B14; B15; B16; B18; B19; B24; B25
3. The Offer comprises a Paperchasers 80 L paper Recycling Bin and a stock of 80 L woven, re-usable polypropylene sacks for the collection & recycling of paper & card only.
4. The Recycling Bin will be delivered with the sacks and is supplied flat-packed and is yours to keep. There is a delivery charge of £5.00 + VAT.
5. The free recycling sacks can be used to recycle mixed paper and card only. They cannot be used to recycle cardboard, waste electronics, hazardous materials, confidential waste, plastics, polystyrene or food wastes.
6. Paperchasers will collect full sacks from inside or outside your building and they need to be presented on an agreed Collection Schedule when you sign-up to the Offer.
7. Paperchasers will collect full sacks from an agreed ground floor location(s) or above the ground floor only if served by a lift.
8. For health and safety reasons the Offer recipient must ensure each paper sack weighs no more than approximately 20kg. (The weight of a holiday suitcase).
9. All recycling sacks supplied as part of this Offer must be used within 3 months of delivery and will remain the property of Paperchasers. Should you decide not to continue recycling with Paperchasers after your trial, all sacks must be returned to Paperchasers on your last collection. Any sacks not returned will be charged for at £1.00 per sack.
10. You will need to notify Paperchasers immediately if you wish to discontinue the offer.
11. Once your 3 month trial is over, should you agree to continue recycling with Paperchasers for the next 12 months, collections will be charged for at the normal rate. Prices for continuation will be stated at the start of the Trial.
12. You will need to sign a 3 month Trial Contract and a Waste Transfer Note which will be e-mailed to you in advance. These are legal documents and the delivery of your recycling equipment will not be made without the necessary paperwork being completed.
13. Additional services and products may be purchased, but these will be charged for as normal e.g. :
· Office clearances/ clear-outs (a 20% member discount will apply).
· Indoor Communal Bin emptying service.
· Confidential shredding to industry standards (a 10% member discount will apply).
· The recycling of other materials e.g. cardboard; expanded polystyrene; plastic bottles & film; glass bottles and jars; drink cans, tins and foil; household batteries; waste electrical and electronic goods.
· The supply of additional bins or containers.
· The lease-hire costs of wheelie bins.
14. Paperchasers will contact you to discuss your on-going service requirements, but you are under no obligation to continue using Paperchasers services beyond the end of the trial.
