Security shredding to MoD standards

Confidential materials need special attention.  We provide two types of service :

Security sack scheme - a stock of  dedicated labeled sacks are supplied in advance of need & then sealed by means of a uniquely numbered security 'zip tie'. You simply contact us when you require a collection (with one week prior notice) and we charge you only for the full sacks taken away for shredding.  You return any unused sacks on the day of collection. 

Security sack exchange scheme - we can supply dedicated, lockable security consoles in three different finishes or secure grey 'Slim Jim' bins on a purchase or leasing basis and will empty them for you on a regular basis. 

The service is open to Members and Non Members alike and price is dependant on your particular requirements - please enquire for a quotation.

The sealed materials are transported in a locked, alarmed vehicle and  transferred to a secure ISO14001 and ISO 9001 accredited and licensed data destruction depot in Birmingham.  After shredding to Ministry of Defence standards (2 mm sized particles) under CCTV through an industrial shredder & granulator, we will provide you with a Certificate of Destruction detailing the shredding job reference.  The shredded paper will subsequently be reprocessed into recycled - content products.

Since industrial grade shredding equipment with efficient material separation technology is used, you will not need to remove lever arch files, for example, prior to collection for shredding.
