Confidential materials need special attention.  We provide two types of service :

Security sack scheme - a stock of  dedicated labeled sacks are supplied in advance of need & then sealed by means of a uniquely numbered security 'zip tie'. You simply contact us when you require a collection (with one week prior notice) and we charge you only for the full sacks taken away.  You return any unused sacks on the day of collection. 

Security sack exchange scheme - we can supply dedicated, lockable security consoles  or secure grey 'Slim Jim' bins and will empty them for you on a regular basis. 

The service is open to Members and Non Members alike and price is dependant on your particular requirements - please enquire for a quotation.

The sealed sacks of materials are collected in an alarmed vehicle and transferred  to the shredding facility which is ISO 9002 accredited and holds membership to the UKSSA (United Kingdom Security Shredding Association) and the BSIA (British Security Industry Association).  The documents are shredded under CCTV in a fully enclosed and secure environment and are then baled and sent for  recycling in UK paper mills. We will provide you with a Certificate of Destruction, usually by e-mail.  Visits to the shredding facility can be arranged upon request and if necessary, witnessed destruction of your materials can also be arranged - please enquire.

Covert surveillance - an optional extra

For certain one-off shredding clearance jobs, you may require added protection. Though our covert surveillance service, we offer you a way to track the journey of your cargo from start to finish through a discreetly placed GPS tracking device.  You can track its journey in 15 minute intervals via a web portal, giving you piece of mind that the materials have been off-loaded where they should have been whilst providing you with a modern method of continuous custody without the need to remove a member of staff from your office.
